No, you do not need an appointment. Feel free to bring your bike in during our business hours, and we'll take care of it as soon as possible. We'll give you an on the spot inspection & a better idea of what services will work best for you.
Do you service all bike brands?
Yes, we service all brands of bikes. Our skilled technicians are experienced with a wide variety of bike types and brands.
Electric bikes are different. Because of the proprietary nature of electrical systems, we only service Specialized electric bikes.
Do you offer suspension service?
Yes, we provide comprehensive suspension service to keep your bike’s suspension system in top condition for a smooth and safe ride. We provide both in house services & more advanced overhauls with select vendors.
What are your leadtimes for service & repairs?

What if I have a warranty issue?
If you have a warranty issue with your Specialized bike, bring it in along with your proof of purchase. We'll handle the warranty claim process and get your bike repaired or replaced as needed. We can also preform warranty services on most major parts & equipment brands.
Do you rent bikes?
Unfortunately we do not rent bikes. We do however offer a 30-day test ride on all bikes we sell.
